Canadabay Septic helps homeowners in Kettering, OH and across the Kettering area reach independent septic and sewer providers. We are a referral service. The providers in our network do the work.
This part of Ohio has real weather to plan around. Winters are cold and the frost runs deep. Summers turn hot and humid. Spring can bring flooding, and storms with hail roll through too. All of that can stress pipes, tanks and drainfields.
Homes here vary. Many are frame houses that have stood for decades. Bungalows and ranch homes are common. Plenty have full basements with sump pumps. Each type has its own quirks, such as older sewer lines, low drains, or a yard that stays wet after the thaw.
So what should you do? Check, then call. Look for slow drains, odd smells, wet ground, or a sump pump running more than usual. Write down what you see. Then reach out while the problem is still small.
A nearby provider can look at the issue, explain your options, and give you a written quote. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability in your town.
Browse the list of locations on this site to find your town. If yours is not listed, ask anyway. The network may still reach you.
