How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
When you reach out, you talk with an independent provider in our network. These are local septic and sewer businesses. They run their own crews, set their own prices and do their own work. Canadabay Septic makes the introduction.
What happens on the call
Keep it simple. Have a few facts ready:
- What you see: slow drains, backups, smells or wet ground
- When it started
- Where the tank or cleanout is, if you know
- Any recent heavy rain, frost or flooding
- Whether the home is on a septic system or a city sewer line
The provider will ask follow-up questions. Many can respond quickly, but timing depends on their schedule. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to ask a provider
Write these down before you reach out:
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in my state?
- What will you check first, and why?
- What are my options, from small fix to bigger fix?
- Can I get the quote in writing?
- What could change the price once work starts?
- Will you handle permits if the job needs them?
You are in control
A call is not a contract. You can ask questions, compare more than one quote, and say no. Hold off if anyone pushes you to sign on the spot. A good provider will give you room to think.
Until someone arrives, stay safe. Keep kids and pets away from wet ground and standing water. Do not open a tank lid. Gas and deep holes are dangerous. Stop using water in the home if sewage is backing up inside.
Ready to talk to a provider?
Write down what you have seen, then reach out. If you would rather type it out first, send a request and ask for an estimate.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what your drains, tank or yard are doing. Send a request or reach out by email, and we will help you find a local provider to talk with.
