Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Canadabay Septic wants canadabay.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let you get around the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If a part of the site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@canadabay.garden and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@canadabay.garden and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what your drains, tank or yard are doing. Send a request or reach out by email, and we will help you find a local provider to talk with.
