Disclaimer: What to Know Before You Rely on This Site

Last updated: October 2026

Read this notice before you use canadabay.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Canadabay Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems or drain fields, fix sewer lines, or do any other plumbing work. If anyone works on your property, it is an independent provider, not Canadabay Septic.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we back that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to help in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, the location, the system design, the soil and local permit rules. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

Anything we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a problem. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Septic tanks and sewage can carry harmful gases and bacteria, and tanks can be deep and open. Never climb into a tank or work near an open one. Keep kids and pets away from wastewater. If anyone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Canadabay Septic may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and up to date. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
